Shipping Policy
All continental U.S. orders are shipped via UPS ground within 1-2 weeks from the order date.
Alaska/Hawaii and International orders will be shipped via US Air Mail. Rush shipping is available
for an extra charge but cannot be guaranteed for all items or locations.
Possible Shipping Delays
Because of the hand-crafted nature of our jewelry, a delay in delivery of your order may occur. If
your purchase cannot be shipped within 1 week of your order for Standard deliveries or 1-2 days
forRush deliveries, we will call or email you with the new shipping details. You will only be charged
for the delivery method that is actually used for your order.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: $12 / 1-2 weeks delivery time
Rush Shipping: $22 / 1-2 business days
Alaska/Hawaii: $17 / 1-2 weeks delivery time
International Orders: Shipping rates may vary. Please call us at 310.920.9105.
International Orders
We do ship outside the United States. International orders are shipped via US Air Mail and cost
will be determined based on your location, so please contact us and we will process your order
directly.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged only on jewelry delivered to addresses in California.

Return Policy:
With Shari Wacks, you can be sure you are receiving beautiful jewelry make from the highest-quality
materials. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us
immediately and we will be happy to assist you with a product exchange or refund. Refunds are only
available for returns processed within 10 days of the order delivery date. Exchanges are available up
to 30 days from the order delivery date. No exchanges or refunds after 30 days.
